CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 73(FIN) An Act relating to commercial                    
vehicle registration fees and taxes; relating to determining the taxable       
location of a vehicle for purposes of municipal registration taxes; and        
providing for an effective date which passed on reconsideration                
(page 667) was before the Senate with a motion pending to adopt                
the effective date clause.
